Our Financial Services. We offer a professional finance consultancy service. We can assist with the following:- Loan Applications for Residential or Investment Properties. First Home Owners Grant Applications. Access to over 30 Lenders including major Banks, Building Societies and Credit Unions. Loans for those people who do not meet the standard criteria – eg. Pensioners, Self-employed, Unusual income sources, etc. We source the most suitable loan at the best possible rates.

And the good news is that we make no charge for this service.

Our charges. As Members of the REIQ our commission charges are in accordance with their recommended scale of fees. On residential and rural sales the commission is calculated on the total sale price and is payable on settlement of sale. This is currently set at 5% of the first $18,000 plus 2.5% of the balance sale price. Property management commission is 5% of the rental collected. Management Fees vary from 3.5% for properties within a 15klm radius of the city to 5% for properties outside the city area. Incidentals are also charged but these are minimal and confirmed in writing at the time of appointment. A 1% discount is offered to Landlords who hold a current Landlord protection Policy. Commercial and Industrial commissions are negotiated at the time of listing.
